    I really enjoy this Starbucks location. I've been to most Starbucks coffee shops in Bakersfield. By far, this is my favorite location. The store is very clean and has good customer service.

    I'm amazed at the customer service I got tonight. It sucked!! I was detailed on my first drink which was a Grande "hot" coffee with Heavy Cream (3) pumps of SF cinnamon dulce (3) pumps SF vanilla (3) pumps toffee And powdered cinnamon on top of that. Well I got back the most bitter drink that #1 was cold and #2 was not what I've ordered before. I asked for suggestions for something pumpkin spice guy seemed irritated with that request and had absolutely no personality like the day crew (amazing)paid got all six drinks of which my daughter caramel frap was watered down and that was strike two strike three was asking for another cup of coffee that was actually hot and made correctly, in return I got the most bitter drink that again was warm. I was sure they can see my disappointment and was offered have steamed milk instead, the point was the coffee tasted bitter!!!! Customer service should be an experience that starts from the very first greet (interaction/ friendly) to the last goodbye.

    The inside was empty and even so they took a while to attend me. They didn't even fill my drink to the top like they would at any Starbucks. However I like the set up of this store, very comfortable.

    Melissa is amazing !! I love how she knows how to make my drink an it's always the same never different ! Awesome Customer Service an super friendly .

    Have Melissa make your drink , your love it an your trust me your go back ! I really hope Starbucks know they have value employee!!

    Great customer service! But they gave me a cup full of ice in my tea. I paid $7.00 for a cup of ice.
